We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday. We do not dispatch orders Saturday or Sunday. 

Any order received after 1pm AEST on a Friday will be dispatched the NEXT WORKING DAY (also applies to Next Day Deliveries).

Please note: Postage for a paid Postal Service and other premium rate delivery methods will not be refunded for incorrectly ordered or unwanted products.  (Australia Post or any tracked service).


If your delivery is late then we need to wait 28 days before we can officially call the parcel lost. Once the 28 days have passed we will then postage out another parcel for you or indeed refund your money. To make a claim for a lost parcel you have to claim within 2 weeks after the 28 days have passed.
