REFUNDS: We accept returns for unused products up to 14 days after you receive your order. If your product is used or opened, the product may be refunded, but solely at the discretion of ASLAN. 
EXCHANGE: If you wish to exchange a product, we will exchange your product with an alternative for the equivalent value. 
CANCELLATION: ASLAN will grant a grace period of 1 hour after completing your order in which you will be able to cancel. 
SHIPPING: The consumer will be required to pay for the tracked shipping to return the order/parcel. When ASLAN receives the parcel will then process and issue a full refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method details for the original order.

You will be required to cover the costs of shipping when returning your item. Shipping costs will be non-refundable and if a refund is due then all products will be refunded and except the original shipping cost. 
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase including the original order number. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend that your check your bank account again. 
Please contact your credit card company or bank as the time frame may differ before your refund is officially actioned.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items only can be eligible for a refund,  sale items can only be eligible for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only exchange/replace items if they are  damaged or defective. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@aslanskin.com

Gifted Items 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned items. Once the returned item has been received by ASLAN, your store credit will be applied. 
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, the gift giver will be sent the refund.
