- Claim must be made after 60 days of purchase

- We require time stamped images to be provided when treatment commenced to date of guarantee (minimum of 4 staged images to show no progress with the treatment)

60 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. The 60 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE is only valid for orders placed on www.aslanskin.com and can only be applied for on the ASLAN website
  2. Used cosmetic product (must have at least 50% of the contents remaining) and order confirmation must be returned to ASLAN to be eligible for your money back
    1. ASLAN product:
      1. must be returned along with order confirmation;
      2. must have been used for at least 14 days;
      3. must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
    2. Your proof of purchase (with order confirmation) must be returned.
    3. Only one refund of one product only per family at any one address will be accepted and/or approved.
    4. Your refund application must be submitted for no less than 14 days after the purchase date.
    5. Application for refund must be post marked no more than 45 days after the purchase date.
    6. Refund Payments will be made:
      1. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
      2. by refund to your original method of payment used for your purchase;
      3. ASLAN refuses the right to reject any application that it deems inappropriate, including fraud and/or the abuse of the offer. No cheques or other forms of refund will be used within 60 days of receipt of application form. Unused product postage costs will not be refunded. 
    7. ASALN will not be held accountable for any order that may be lost in transit, both domestic and/or international.
