We have a 60 day guarantee on our bundles, so if you purchased one of these you are eligible for our 60 day guarantee. 

In order to be eligible for this guarantee, please read the criteria below:

- Claim must be made after 60 days of purchase

- We require time stamped images to be provided when treatment commenced to date of guarantee (minimum of 4 staged images to show no progress with the treatment)

- All remaining items must be returned to Aslan and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer which are non-refundable

Our ingredients are both globally and locally sourced, but we do favour locally sourced and favour them whenever possible.

With daily application, you should expect to results in as little as 3-4 weeks. Some customers have reported results in the first 7 days.

Being fragrance free allows us to focus 100% on the performance of our products and consumer satisfaction. There can be up to 250+ chemicals in a single fragrance. These ingredients/chemical are often not listed on the product and are therefore unknown to the consumer, yet they apply these products to their skin on a daily basis. Finally, Fragrance is also usually one of the main culprits of skin irritation and the worsening of skin sensitivities.

Aslan was born out of frustration.In our experience, the skincare industry is littered with products for men's sensitive skin that promise the earth but rarely delivers. These often-expensive products either didn't work or worsened irritation, leaving us disheartened, angry and out of pocket.

All ASLAN products have a Period After Opening (PAO) date, of 12 months.We advise customers to use the PAO as a guide for the lifespan of a product after opening, and to dispose of the product following its expiry month.
